If you wish to submit an NPC for this RP, post a thread with the name of the character then submission after it, like this:

Random Name:Submission

This character will then be approved by myself or DoZiGuy54. This character will be controlled by its creator, or others if the situation is necessary. This is for major characters only, not farmer joe.
