This is the home of the Trolls. Even during the Golden Age, no one would come here, for the trolls are fearsome beasts that could squash a dwarf with one step. They are rocky and barren, save a few scrubs and trees.

After spending the last few days searching for any ancient relics that may have been left in the area with no results, Kiko decided to head for the city of Valor in hopes of getting permission from the king to use his private library. After finding a nice tree to sit under to get away from the heat of the day, Kiko unstrapping his swords and bag and placing them beside himself, he curled his tail up and slowly started dozed off.

Just before dozing off, Kiko remembered to set up a small barrier around himself to make sure that no one tried to ambush him while he took his nap.

Using magic kept him from feeling sleepy, so he pulled a map out of his bag and checked it one last time to make sure that he was headed in the right direction. After being sure that he was headed in the right direction, he fell into a light sleep.

OOC- the only problem with him going to Valor is the fact that no one knows what a Drache is yet, and the city of Valor is on the otherside of the world from you. YOu did look at the map right?

OOC- Would be it OK if I stole the map I had, and I'm also going for diplomatic reasons?

OOC- hm... I guess, but make it more like you are interested in what is at this city, because you really don't know anything about this new land. Also, don't expect a friendly welcome. Now, you understand when you travel, you go through the regions to get there? For example, on the way to Valor you would go through the Wastes and The Free Lands.

OOC- I'm going by water. So I will be going into the sea from the near the Ruins of Hargath, and then heading north thru the Myirida Sea.
It seems the fastest since you said that my race are good swimmers, and me being a snake would make it best.

OOC- sounds good, only problem is you have to get through all of Halcorn's empire. Razz have fun with that.

OCC- I'm sure they won't notice a snake traveling underwater. tongue

As Kiko woke from his nap, he saw that is was already getting dark, and decided to get going. After putting his weapons and bag back on he headed towards the river. He slivered silently and low on the ground in the grassier areas when he heard footsteps and the glow of distant fires. As he looked from behind a tree, he saw a couple of orc soldiers on patrol.

Stupid savages., Kiko thought to himself as he slivered along and finally reaching the river.

After making sure that his bag was securely strapped on and closed, he got in and silently swam at incredible speed near the bottom of the river.

Ergluk El Monog stood in front of the amassed troll army. Their entire force numbered in the thousands, which seemed small, but to see an army of 5000 trolls would scare the living daylights out of any normal minded person.

"This is time, us fight!" roared Ergluk. The trolls in their armor clashed their hammers, axes, and other crude weapons together. "This is time to win!"

Ergluk began the march forward from the meeting place. They were to head south, to the edge of the jungle, and eliminate this new creature from beyond.

Tyrinus stood hidden from sight watching and listening to the choas Ergluk was invoking, he was trully a sight to see. In the shadows Tyr crept silently his bow drawn, it was seen as cowardly by the rest of his troll race but for Tyr this is how he knew to fight. It seperated him from the savage beasts.

Following the group silently Tyr kept his eyes and ears open for any sound approaching, if he were to be discovered it would surely mean the end of the troll exile.

The army marched along, one of the greatest ever assembled by the Trolls. There were rumored to be many Drache camps in the southern Paravian hills, and they intended to flush them out.

"Faster! Trolls go war, we go faster!" Ergluk yelled. They picked up the pace as they ran along the barren country side, and over the rolling landscape. Ergluk led them, at the front of his troops, and he spotted an encampment on top of a hill. "It time!" he said. He charged up the hill, unaware of what was about to hit them.

Tyrinus ears we straining in the shadows, any sound that was made near him would send him straight into full alert bow drawn eyes scanning the darkness. After a few seconds his breathing would return to normal and his muscles would relax, until the next noise.

The troll exile's heart began to beat faster as he heard Ergluk call to his troops, as the troll armada rushed up the hill towards an encampment Tyr took refuge meters away overlooking the battle that was about to commence.

The race that stood before his troll bretheren were quite the odd looking bunch they resembled lizards to an extent. Either way Tyr turned his nose up at such a sight, he knew if he were to use his ranged attacks the rest of the trolls would know he was there. However, in saying that he couldn't just let his former clanmates be slayed if they were in immediate danger he would have to fire.

Ergluk El Monog charged over the crest of the hill, and all hell broke loose. 100 or so Draches stood there, and they did not look happy at all. What was even more menacing was the two dragons that were crouching just beyond the camp.

But Trolls never backed down from a fight. Ergluk El Monog jumped high in the air, and swung his hammer high over his head, striking down on the head of his first enemy. He hit his target, but his comrades weren't as lucky. The other Drache were sending magical attacks left and right, and Trolls weren't resistant to their fires at all. Way too many trolls would die this day.

Ergluk swung his hammer around his body, slamming it through five more Drache's. He winced as a fireball slammed into his back armor plate, and he charged towards the dragon's. "Troll Brethren, smash and tear! Kill the Dragons!"

Hell broke loose inside the camp as these new creatures used their magical prowess to send fire ball after fireball at the angered trolls. Tyr felt a need to help his bretheren but he knew he didnt belong on the front lines like them, he watched as the trolls were begining to be overwhelmed by the magic users.

Taking careful aim Tyr unloaded a barrage of arrows in the direction of the lizard people, many fell to his attacks but it seemed as if the trolls were still losing this battle.

Out of a nearby tent strode an elderly looking Drache, while Ergluk was sucked into the battle the creature took the time to began his chant to summon a pillar of flame that was targeted at the large Troll. In his hiding place Tyr watched as the creature began to chant, he followed its line of sight and saw Ergluk right in the middle of it. Flames began to appear around the feet of the mighty warrior looking as if they were ready to burst at any moment, then with a flash across the battlefield they had disappeared.

Tyr lowered his bow, and watched the battle slowly turn in the favour of the trolls, if he was needed he would provide support again.

Ergluk knew the only reason they would win this battle was because of sheer numbers. The Drache's magical abilities were to great. Ergluk charged towards one of the dragons, which was waking up and beginning to look very angry.

Ergluk jumped into the air just as the Dragon let out a jet of flame. The Flame hit a troll behind Ergluk, slamming the group backwards. Ergluk was cut off, and with his hammer he swung at the legs of the Dragon, and a loud cracking noise ensued. Luckily, these two dragons weren't very large. They were about 30 feet long, compared to the size of Halcorn's, which was somewhere around 100.

"Troll kill dragon! Dragon die!" said Ergluk. He brought the hammer around, but suddenly, the dragon's tail sweeped around, nailing Ergluk and throwing him into the rocks.

From his position far away from the battle Tyr was able to oversee the fighting without physically being in harms way. For a troll it was cowardly, trolls are designed to fight with their fists not with their heads or from a distance both things Tyr is guilty of. He watched in awe as Ergluk fought ferociously, nothing would stop the troll from dismembering every enemy in sight.

Flames flashed through the battle then with a loud crash Ergluk was sent crashing against a pile of rocks. The dragon he had been fighting appeared to have the upper hand, immediately Tyr's bow was out and he stood still watching the battle with great anticipation.

Time seemed to slow down considerably as Tyrinus watched the dragon ready itself to smash its powerful tail into the downed troll. Breathing slowly he let a single arrow go and watched as it pierced the air spinning rapidly aimed directly at the head of the dragon.
The dragon turned and looked his way as the arrow bounced off its armoured skin,Tyr lowered his bow, his shot will hopefully give Ergluk enough time to strike at the beast and finish this fight in true troll fashion.

OOC: IIRC. Dragons are immune to weapons but weak to magic, so your arrow shouldn't be able topierce it's neck.

well, not immune. Just very resistant. The hammer strikes will about even out because trolls are so strong, but arrows, not sure. perhaps we should change it to weak to weapons but strong against magic? there are a lot of things that are weak to magic atm.

OOC- I think we'll leave it as strong against weapons, but, that is just basic attacks such as arrows and slashs. A hammer slamming into their legs will still break their bones, at least from a troll.
